Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Welfare. Two years of full time case management experience or two years of full time medical social work experience. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Must be detail oriented, exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Access). New York State LMSW. Must have, keep and maintain the appropriate valid NYS Driver's License; have a motor vehicle record which is free from major violations or a pattern of repeat violations. Applicants must submit their operator's license number on their application form for a motor vehicle check.
Preferred Qualifications: An additional four years of full time case management experience or medical social work experience. Experience with first responder populations. Mental health experience, particularly in post-traumatic stress or depression. Experience in administering clinical psychiatric diagnostic interviews. Case management or medical social work experience specific to assisting cancer patients. Bilingual Spanish.

Employment is subject to the Research Foundation policies and procedures, sponsor guidelines and the availability of funding.
