A minimum of two years full time professional, post-Bachelor's work experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Work experience with confidential records; work experience in a healthcare, mental health, or university setting and with diverse populations. Experience with the management of daily operations at a professional and/or medical office; proficiency with electronic medical records database systems. Brief Description of Duties: The incumbent is responsible for managing and coordinating all front desk functions and be the initial/early screening point of contact with Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). H/she will manage several administrative functions for the Assistant Director of Clinical Assessment, Emergency Services, and Case Management and for the Triage Department. Responsibilities include management of confidential medical records.
Special Notes: This is a full time appointment, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. FLSA Nonexempt position, eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. Occasional evenings, nights and/or weekends may be required. **Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
