Required Qualifications: MD or equivalent, eligibility for New York State License, and completion of a program at an accredited Pediatric Neurology residency. Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Neurology with special competency in Child Neurology (SCCN). Strong clinical teaching skills. Strong interest in an academic career.
Preferred Qualifications: Fellowship training in Child Neurology. An interest in neonatal neurology, movement disorders, childhood stroke, or neurogenetics.

Responsibilities & Requirements: The Clinical Assistant Professor will be responsible for clinical care, teaching of fellows, residents and students, and taking the opportunity to be involved with clinical research activities. Clinical and research opportunities are available in autism, epilepsy, infectious diseases, stroke, and MS.

Special Notes: This is a non-tenure track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously.
