Required Qualifications: High School Diploma. Three years of progressively responsible full time administrative experience. Excellent computer and telephone communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree. GME/Residency experience. Experience in ERAS/New Innovations. Excellent organizational and communications skills. Experience with website communication. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask. Bilingual Spanish.
Brief Description of Duties: The purpose of this position is to support the Residency Training program and the Department of Pediatrics as needed.
Other Duties: As assigned.
Special Notes: This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.n. The Research Foundation of SUNY is a private educational corporation. Employment is subject to the Research Foundation policies and procedures, sponsor guidelines and the availability of funding. FLSA non-exempt position, eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. Some nights and weekends may be required.
