Required Qualifications: MD degree or equivalent. Licensed or eligible for license in the State of New York. Board Certified/Eligible in DX Rad or Internal Medicine, training in Diagnostic Radiology/Internal Medicine and/or Cardiac Imaging. Cardiac Imaging Level III Certification.
Preferred Qualifications: Five years of experience in a Cardiac Imaging Fellowship. Background in Nuclear Medicine. Teaching experience, PACS proficiency, and record of publications. Strong interpersonal skills and good communication ability. Research experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements: Under the supervision of the Director of Cardiac Imaging, the Clinical Assistant Professor will conduct Clinical/Diagnostic Readings, Cardiac Imaging diagnostic readings. As the Clinical Assistant Professor, this incumbent will participate in teaching and research in advanced cardiac imaging.
Special Notes: This is a non-tenure track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously.
