THIS POSTING IS NOT CURRENT !!!Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Two years of full time experience in higher education, scheduling various types of meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Experience working in an academic department, using the State procurement system, processing visa paperwork and coordinating international travel arrangements.
Brief Description of Duties: The Staff Assistant will provide administrative support to all of the faculty in the College of Business. Our faculty consists of a total of about 60 full and part time faculty members.
Special Notes: This is a full time appointment, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. FLSA Nonexempt position, eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously. Night and weekend work is required.
