Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in public health, child development, or related field. Internship in public health or related field.
Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree.

Brief Description of Duties: The ideal candidate will have specialized training in epidemiology and public health with a high degree of understanding of project coordination. This person will need to exercise discretion and judgement in the execution of the Keeping Families Healthy project and related protocols, analysis of data and general project support. The principle responsibilities include:
  • Prepare, coordinate and track materials for the preparation, execution and maintenance of the Keeping Families Healthy Project.
  • Prepare, coordinate and track materials for all initial, modification and continuing review of regulatory and compliance materials (e.g., quality assurance/improvement, IRB submissions, etc.) related to the project.
  • Assist in recruitment, enrollment, and tracking of patients into the program.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all members of the Keeping Families Healthy team.
  • Assist in scheduling home visits for the program.
  • Review literature and synthesize findings on a variety of child health topics.
  • Assist in the identification and procurement of relevant publications from the internet or libraries.
  • Participate in conversations with multidisciplinary team members concerning the project process and impact.
  • Perform all required tasks and procedures to complete program objectives.
  • Manage administrative and business aspects of the program.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Special Notes: All Hospital positions are subject to changes in pass days and shifts as necessary. This position may require the wearing of respiratory protection, which may prohibit the wearing of facial hair.
