Requesting E-Mail Accounts (other than Stony Brook Medical Center / Health Sciences Center):

Faculty, Staff and Guests may request accounts by e-mailing The Office of Computer Accounts at caccount@notes.cc.sunysb.edu or online:

	LOTUS NOTES ACCOUNTS
	Notes ID's can be requested over the Web from https://adam.cc.sunysb.edu/. Computing Accounts will contact the requestor when the account is set up and the Notes ID is ready for downloading.
	MS MAIL ACCOUNTS
