The Employee Assistance Program is a voluntary and confidential program that provides mental health and wellness services for faculty, staff, their families and retirees. EAP is a comprehensive worksite-based program designed to assist in the prevention, early intervention and resolution of problems that may negatively impact an employee’s work, personal or family life. These include but are not limited to: emotional, financial, family, eldercare, child/adolescent, housing, legal, bereavement, change, marital/relationship, work issues, alcohol/drug or domestic violence.
