The Campus-issued ID cards and Photo ID Badges identify the cardholders as being associated with the University in a specified capacity. For security, accountability and identification purposes the ID card should be carried at all times and presented on request. Photo ID Badges are required to be worn in certain parts of campus. The photo ID Card and ID Badges may be presented as identification for the libraries, dining services (including meal plans for faculty and staff) and banking. Campus Card Offices
West Campus Employees and students are issued Campus ID cards at the Campus Card office located in the Administration Building, 1st Floor, Rm. 103. Please call for hours of operation.
East Campus Employees and students of the Health Sciences Center (HSC), the University Medical Center and the Long Island State Veteran’s Home are issued Campus Cards at the Campus Card office located at L3,162 HSC. Please call for hours of operation.
