The Stony Brook Cares Campaign is the University's annual fundraising drive that collects and distributes urgently needed contributions to hundreds of Long Island charitable organizations, giving vital aid and support to Long Islanders in need.

State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA)
State employees are keenly aware of the complex network of not-for-profit organizations that provide critical services to meet the needs of families and neighbors. This annual Campus-Wide fund raising program presents an excellent opportunity to support a number of these organizations through a single contribution or through payroll deduction.

Habitat for Humanity
Providing housing for others is a concrete expression of what we believe: that Stony Brook is an integral part of Long Island, cares deeply about the health of this community, and will work to ensure that all the families of this area have the necessities of life.
