Disciplinary action and other administrative action that may result from an employee's alleged misconduct or incompetence will be conducted in accordance with the terms of the appropriate collective bargaining agreement, University policy, Research Policy, applicable laws and regulations. Employees may contact Employee & Labor Relations in Human Resource Services and/or a representative as outlined in the respective collective bargaining agreement or in the Research Foundation policy.
