All new State employees are provided with a copy of New York State’s Public Officers Law. An annual report to the NYS Ethics Commission is required of all policy makers and of those who, unless exempted by the Ethics Commission, earn compensation in excess of the job rate of the Salary Grade 24. Faculty are required to submit a disclosure form to the University.
