FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS OF STUDENTS

Students are required to pay any and all University charges that are incurred. When a student does not resolve their outstanding financial obligations, the University will take appropriate actions to collect the balances due.
· Unpaid Balances · Delinquent accounts may be transferred to private collection agencies and/or the New York State Attorney General's Office for collection, and are subject to additional interest and/or collection charges.
· Except where otherwise authorized, no person shall receive credit or other official recognition for work completed satisfactorily, or be allowed to re-register, until all tuition, fees, and all other charges authorized by the University have been paid, or University student loan obligations have been satisfied.

· Students who withdraw at any time during a semester remain responsible for all charges incurred in accordance with the tuition and fee liability schedule.

Individuals retain the right to inspect or review their academic records regardless of any outstanding financial obligations.
