(Note: If you are grieving an incident associated with a course, be sure to include the department, course number and section, semester of enrollment, and the instructor's name. Send all documentation appropriate for supporting your grievance to Ms. Wanda M. Moore, Academic Judiciary, E3310 Melville Library, Z-3351. For example, if you are accusing a professor of deviating from the stated formula for calculating grades, it is best if you can send copies of the syllabus in which the formula was announced and copies of your exam and assignment scores.
