Carol Wong, who won an Honorable Mention in both 1994 and 1995, with special distinction in 1995, has written in September 1997:

"I am currently living in Vancouver, working for BC Hydro in their Corporate Communications department, writing feature and news articles for their various publications. I graduated from the University of Victoria last June (finally) with a B.A. in Writing (co-op) and English. I wrote "Dark Inside" in my third year of university -- it seems so long ago! I'd really like to try screen writing sometime in the future."
