The Pre-College Japanese Language Program

The Pre-College Japanese Language Program offers non-credit Japanese language classes for pre-college school students as well as interested adults in the community. All the teachers and teaching assistants are native speakers of Japanese (mainly international students from Japan at Stony Brook University). The classes are held Sunday mornings in the Social and Behavioral Science Building during the spring and fall semesters.

The main entrance to the university is on the left. (Note that there are three entrances to the university: south entrance, main entrance, and north entrance.) After going through the main entrance, make a left at the first stop sign. Then, you will see a multi-tiered visitor's parking garage (administration garage) on your left. There is no charge for the garage on weekends. Park your car in the parking garage, and walk to Ward Melville Social Behavioral Science Building (SBS Building), which is right next to the parking garage.
