Fred Carama, a widely respected voice teacher, has led workshops and masterclasses in the United States, Canada, and abroad. He was on the faculty of the California Institute of the Arts for 10 years, serving as chair of the voice department for five years. He was also a faculty member at the Manhattan School of Music and the Aspen Music Festival and School.

Mr. Carama, whose students perform in major opera houses around the world, resides and teaches in both the Los Angeles and New York areas.
