Chamber Music Program

Chamber MusicThe chamber music program at Stony Brook continues to blossom with several new concert programs that highlight the Emerson String Quartet and other members of the faculty. Look for special chamber music brochures in October and March that will give detailed information about the Fall and Spring Chamber Music programs.

For the chamber music aficionado this is an especially exciting time. The addition of the world famous Emerson Quartet to our faculty gives Chamber Music at Stony Brook a new profile. Several concerts will highlight music from Beethoven to Shostakovich performed by students, faculty and the Emerson Quartet themselves.
