Post-9/11 Survey for Students, Faculty, and Staff

The University administration is seeking input from its students, faculty, and staff in order to learn how each of us is coping with the events of September 11, 2001. Your responses to the following survey questions will help us to organize future events, talks, and programs intended to support us through these trying times.

Toward this end, the University is interested in preparing and training people to perform leadership roles. Your feedback will be most appreciated and will contribute to this effort. Your online reply is anonymous and no identifying information will be recorded.

On behalf of the University administration, we thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. This initiative is sponsored by the Offices of the President and the Dean of Students. For more information, contact Carmen Vazquez at 632-7320.
