Request to Keep Blackboard Course Account

Blackboard Course accounts are kept on our system for 3 years.

This form is to file for an exception if you have received notification from TLT's Blackboard support team that your course will be deleted.

The only exceptions are:

Departments that need their course sites for accreditation review
Instructors who are being reviewed for tenure
