Request to not delete rosters from Winter , Spring, or Summer 2009

Must be completed by: Wednesday, November 18th, 2009

Blackboard course rosters from the previous semester are removed after the last day to complete an incomplete the following semester

This form is to file for an exception if you have received notification from TLT's Blackboard support team that your previous semester's course roster will be removed.

The exceptions are:

Courses that do not follow the West Campus semester schedule
Courses that overlap semesters
Courses where there are students who still have incompletes
You have a pending dishonesty case with the Academic Judiciary
