1. ATTENTION all Notes 6 users: You must enable an archive setting.

We are moving ahead to our next step in the upgrade to Notes 6 - the server upgrade. If you are using the Notes 6 Client, once your home mail server is upgraded you will no longer be able to archive documents if you don't have an archive setting enabled. This is a very easy change that we recommend you do right now, even if your home mail server has not been upgraded yet.
To determine if you have the Notes 6 Client: From your INBOX click HELP and then click ABOUT NOTES. Look for the RELEASE number.
For instructions on how to enable the archive setting go to our Client Support website http://clientsupport.stonybrook.edu/notes/EnablingarchivingNotes6.shtml
If you have any questions call the Client Support at 2-9800 or the UHMC Help Desk at 4-HELP.
