Registration is required to guarantee a seat consequently we strongly encourage pre-registration. Please complete 1 form for each person.
Registrations must be received by close of business:
March 6, 2009. On-site registration will be available on a space available basis. Lunch & dinner will not be available.
Fees:
There is no fee for registration; however you must register. There is a concert by the Egidius Kwartet on Friday, March 20 at 8pm. Although there is no charge, please indicate whether you plan to attend.
If you wish to attend lunch either day there is a charge. Lunch is $15 each day. If you wish to attend dinner on March 20, there is a charge of $55.
Cancellation Fee is 50% of registration fee. No refunds after March 6, 2009.
