Each teacher certification workshop is a single session course, offered monthly in the Social Behavioral Sciences building.

** NCE604: The Training in Harassment, Bullying and Discrimination Prevention and Intervention course (DASA) is six hour training. The six hours of required instruction will be divided in the following manner. Students will be given two weeks after their initial three hours in class to complete their authentic activities and papers which must be submitted online via Blackboard.

*** Autism Workshop
NCE 605 • 2 sessions • Fee: $45 • Monday & Wednesday, 6-8 pm
New York State law requires attendance and successful completion of a three-hour workshop on the needs of students with autism.  This workshop will meet over two 2-hour sessions once per month, on a Monday and Wednesday evening.  Students are required to be present for both sessions for the full 3 hours and complete a test with passing score at the end of the second session.  Successful candidates will receive their certificates of completion at the end of the second session.
